Enable comparison between diseases #69

@lnrekerle we can implement a predicate that will use disease(s) to partition the samples along the phenotype axis (instead of HPO terms).

This can be worked on after merging #145

I added a stub for you here, please look around and implement the class. We can then plug it into the framework.

This is done! We can compare across Diseases rather than phenotypes.
