Could not find license information for (GO) data #107

Looking around the new site, the top level has:

"About" (Citing, licensing, sources, and other info)

Which takes us to http://monarchinitiative.org/about Here we have "Sources" and "Terms of Use" (http://monarchinitiative.org/terms); both lead to https://monarch-initiative.github.io/monarch-ingest/Sources/ .

With that, it seems that https://monarch-initiative.github.io/monarch-ingest/Sources/ is where I should find licensing and reuse info. Looking, for example, at Gene Ontology https://monarch-initiative.github.io/monarch-ingest/Sources/goa/ (somewhat confusing as "GOA" looks a lot like https://www.ebi.ac.uk/GOA/index), I can see no license information. I would contrast this with the relatively clear https://previous.monarchinitiative.org/about/licensing. (I think that maybe an older version than that had even more clear information, but the wayback machine seems broken for the moment https://web.archive.org/web/20211020215535/https://monarchinitiative.org/about/licensing).

That said, I may be looking in the wrong spot :) I would suggest either (re)adding the licensing information or making it more clear where to find it.

When you click on "Sources" from the About page, it links to the monarch ingest documentation, which enumerates out sources including citations.

I don't believe we have information on whatever licenses we hold with each data source
