Bad aspect code #14

There are two issues:

  1. The Aspect is not being recognized for some terms (probably because of the refactor of the top level for clinical course and modifier)
  2. The HpoAnnotQc is not picking this up. 
    $ cut -f12 phenotype.hpoa | sort | uniq
?
