This may still be of use. Or could be made redundant by the current planned work on creating the monarch-ingest cookiecutter template.

This seems like a duplicate of https://github.com/monarch-initiative/koza/issues/102 both of which seem obsoleted by cookiecutter-monarch-ingest.

I'd think so too, unless there are non monarch users of koza, but it seems weird to plan for that and develop a feature without a use case
