First row drops when ingesting with Koza (at least in some cases) #143

I've been testing some inputs to Koza and found that at least in some cases. I ran the attach file through the GO_Annotation parser and it definitely drops the first row. original_data.txt

Can't reproduce, think it was an issue in my testing.
