Missing intermediate Biolink Model ancestors in category field of node records #66

This may be a flaw in the underlying Pydantic node writing software, but is noted here to make the defect visible for remediation.

I suspect that the Biolink Model Toolkit can be leveraged in the appropriate point in the Koza pipeline or ingests to easily fix this.
