Classpath in built MANIFEST.MF is incorrect #100

The built jar with dependencies refers to the lib directory in target. The jar can't be ran outside of a maven build even though the dependencies are packaged.

Can't reproduce it again. When I filed this bug it was throwing an error that ....Main can't be found. Closing for now.
