Fix variant positional modelling to work with Dipper Monochrom refactor #14

Using the new Dipper refactor I'm seeing a few differences in the positional modelling, specifically,

We're missing ?genome OBO:RO_0002351 ?chromosome . ?genome OBO:RO_0002350 ?genome .
