Improve the Phenotype Node pages

During the Technical Team call on January 30th, it was determined that we would like to host an Outreach call to get user feedback on the Phenotype Node Page. We identified that we can use an upcoming Data call for this purpose and will invite a handful of users to contribute feedback.

• Step 1 to get this done will be for @kevinschaper and @amc-corey-cox to create a list of items we are looking for feedback by browsing previously submitted tickets or other feedback we have received.
• @sagehrke and @monicacecilia will support organizing the agenda and inviting users.

The timeline to get this done will be set for the March release; however, if the content can be created for the February release, that works, too!

Update: Improve the Phenotype Node pages to:

• display phenotype through orthology (#326 & #614)
• better ranking of phenotypes shown in the associations table (#329).
• deploy Histopheno (#440) - will also address #329
• use uPheno terms in Histopheno (#214)
