ortholog-phenotype page is sorely missed as it conveniently summarizes information about mutant phenotypes from many model organisms in one place

Thanks for submitting this issue @jxchong!

The PR to bring it back is in progress this week. Our plan is to make it a toggle on the phenotype association section, rather than available as a separate set of associations. I'm hoping to have it on our development server by the end of this week or early next week, would you like to take a look to give us feedback before we release?

Hi @jxchong,

Our first pass at bringing back Ortholog Phenotypes is up on https://dev.monarchinitiative.org

I'm not sure yet if we'll have time to improve on this before we release in mid-March, but it has a pretty big limitation right now that the option to see ortholog phenotypes is only available if a gene already has phenotype associations. So we'll definitely still be iterating on this, and I'd love to incorporate any feedback you have in our future iterations.

Thanks this is great. Yes being able to see ortholog phenotypes is especially useful when the gene doesn't already have phenotype associations in a given organism since that's when you need to rely on other model organisms! Another useful feature would being able to see which organisms have at least one ortholog phenotype and be able to filter the list to specific organisms.
