Document ZFIN genotype (fish) to phenotype modular ingest #702

Create an ingest for ZDB-FISH genotypes to ZP phenotypes

This ingest hasn't been created yet, so it will need to be started with:

 cruft create https://github.com/monarch-initiative/cookiecutter-monarch-ingest.git

It should be called zfin-genotype-to-phenotype-ingest and will also depend on the ZP mapping file that is currently used in monarch-ingest for the ZFIN gene to phenotype ingest.

Right now the publications column is getting populated with bare ZDB-PUB-000000-0 IDs, which minimally need to be ZFIN:ZDB-PUB IDs, but even better, we could get the ZDB-PUB to pubmed ID mapping from zfin.org/downloads and convert to pubmed IDs.
