I would love a page like this! What about a page "Training and Outreach" on the main website, we need to do this anyways for our upcoming submissions. We can add the schedule there?

My pushback here is that if we add the schedule to the main mi.org outreach page, then that will be a different strategy compared our other outreach content i.e. we currently link out to more info pages for Mondo Outreach and OBO Academy from the more streamlined mi.org/outreach page.

I am not disagreeing that perhaps this would be nice, however, if we go that route then I feel we need to wait for our new UI person to start to make the change as it will be more work than just adding a section and adding a documentation page, as I suggest here. It would need to be worked into the larger UI upgrade.
