Curated megaclusters for #299 #231

@cmungall I reviewed all the other terms, but just looked at the labels. Would you like me to review all the text definitions and confirm these suggested relationships are okay? Or is just looking at the labels sufficient?

I think this is really wrong. HAIR-AN syndrome is stands for Hyperandrogenism (HA), insulin resistance (IR), and acanthosis nigricans (AN). It doesn't have anything to do with the hair on your head. :)

The relation should really be relabeled. SiblingOf = NOT(= OR < OR >). So the curated axiom is correct, but it looks confusing!
