Unexpected cross reference ICD10CMD84.8

A few diseases seem to have a cross reference "ICD10CMD84.8". Two questions:

The format of these cross references seems to be inconsistent. I'd expect the cross reference to include a colon ("ICD10CM:D84.8") for consistency with other cross references. Is the lack of a colon intentional?
I don't know much about ICD-10 -- is there a reason why this cross references to ICD-10-CM rather than just ICD-10?

I don't see any annotations to ICD10CMD84.8 in MONDO. If this is still an issue, could you please reopen a ticket in the new tracker: https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/issues
