this doesn't seem totally wrong to me, as yolk sac tumor is a subclass of germ cell tumor in NCIt, and a testicular germ cell tumor is a subclass of germ cell tumor.

But the NCIt testicular germ cell tumor is not equiv to the OMIM testicular germ cell tumor, is that part of the issue?
