We had some Xenbase to HGNC cross references that we definitely don't want to create mappings from, so now this is limiting what we create to just Ensembl, NCBIGene & UniProtKB.
This definitely exposes a limitation of this approach, because we don't have a cross reference type here. To be really really bulletproof, we could go to MOD specific files, but we'll end up with 6x as much code if we do, so hopefully we won't need to.
