Add drug/chemical to disease/phenotype associations from non-human databases #136

We want to pull in any drug to phenotype associations curated by non-human databases as part of drug screens. Perhaps we could start with ZFIN as a source for prototyping the model. cc @sabrinatoro @dnahotline

Until a use case drives this request, this ticket will continue to wilt in darkness. Do we have any use cases or graph interrogations driving the need for this? Or are there alternative methods that are helping reveal these associations elsewhere? Else, close?
