Pombase phenotype_annotations.pombase.phaf.gz now has a FYECO prefix for gene names #151

INgest is throwing warnings as this FYECO prefix is not in the curie_map yet. Needs to be fixed

@matentzn We made need to add this FYECO ontology to monarch.json

sure. There is no proper PURL, but we have an official prefix for it http://bioregistry.io/registry/fyeco

Moving this to done now that FYECO has been added to biolink. (it's used as a qualifier, not a gene name)
