@victoriasoesanto I reviewed the Biolink Model with @sierra-moxon and we found the biolink association https://biolink.github.io/biolink-model/docs/MacromolecularMachineToBiologicalProcessAssociation.html This would be the appropriate association for gene2pathway membership data using the biolink:participates_in predicate
