Note that this first full iteration of the ingest does not attempt to document the Strain used to link gene with phenotype. Sierra and I discussed this element and decided that a Biolink Model iteration with respect to modelling biological material genotypes (i.e. strains, populations, etc.), may be in order (see https://github.com/biolink/biolink-model/issues/1003).
