Add Subject Category, Subject Namespace, Object Category, Object Namespace For each Predicate and association to yaml configs #254

This strategy could be up for debate but we need a way to declare the model in yaml configs. This would allow excactigng the model for documentation and figure generation and would inform the required mapping files needed.

First use case: inform Phenio filtering during ingest.

We know that we want our model better defined, and that it should be a profile of biolink, but I'm inclined to close this issue as something that we're not likely to work on any time soon.
