We need to copy the date labeled release directory to

gs://monarch-archive/monarch-kg-dev/ gs://data-public-monarchinitiative/monarch-kg-dev/

and we need to replace/update gs://data-public-monarchinitiative/monarch-kg-dev/latest to keep it in sync with gs://monarch-ingest/latest

So just to clarify, should this copy become part of the ingest release command in the same way it copies to gs://monarch-ingest/latest?
