1 year ago Since this is just the newest issue of a couple noting the same problem, I'm going to close it. I'm still trying to decide which should live on and have the solution associated with it, but I assume either monarch-initiative/monarch-app#721 or monarch-initiative/monarch-ingest#360
I suspect that this is related to applying SSSOM files in cat-merge, but I'm going to start the issue here, and continue tracking this down later.
