To include monarch-kg on the kg-hub dashboard, we need to run kgx graph summary.

[x] Add kgx as a requirement if necessary (though, it may be there for the neo4j load already?)
[x] Run kgx graph-summary in Jenkinsfile
[x] Make sure the graph summary yaml is uploaded to the bucket

Nothing to do for adding a kgx dependency or making sure it's uploaded, just needed to add the kgx command to the Jenkinsfile.
