No synonyms coming in from Phenio for Mondo terms #409

I was writing search tests and found that AD16 didn't bring back MONDO:0010422 and then found that I was missing all of the synonyms from phenio. I suspect this might be a bug in our filtering rather than what's actually in phenio.

It looks like it's on the kg-phenio side after all, I'll make a kg-phenio issue.

The header of merged-kg_nodes.tsv is just:
