Include gene descriptions #415

We had a monarch-help issue about a typo in a gene description. Checking that issue out I confirmed that the typo shows up on NCBI's page for that gene, crediting the description to RefSeq in 2013, but I also realized that HGNC doesn't provide gene descriptions.

We may want to shop around for an aggregator site to bring gene descriptions in from? I know that we can get descriptions for human genes from Alliance (via RGD, which isn't the original source as far as I can tell), along with manual and automated descriptions for the MOD species. I'm less sure about gene descriptions for other species.

This has less importance now. We will not address this in the current form but might include it in a separate issue about using other attributes. @kevinschaper 👀 ⬆️
