Get Mondo SSSOM from a better url #445

Currently we're using a raw GitHub url against main, ideally we should be using a purl, if one exists - I looked a little and it didn't find anything better.

@matentzn I'm guessing ideally we should be getting it from monarch mapping commons, but it doesn't look like it's ready to supply it quite yet?

This is the PURL that contains all exact mappings:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/mondo/mappings/mondo.sssom.tsv

But every mapping we need should be added to monarch mapping commons first, and all our infrastructure should only depend on that. I will make purls for the monarch mapping commons immediately this week.

When this is merged, basically this will become our PURL

https://w3id.org/sssom/commons/monarch/mondo.sssom.tsv

this file may be identical with http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/mondo/mappings/mondo.sssom.tsv, but it could also be a subset - the point it that the contents of monarch mapping commons reflect the exact set of mapping we are using at monarch.

Now comes via Monarch Mapping Commons. :bowtie:
