Update biolink model to 3.4 #465

Upgrades us to the latest and greatest biolink model 3.4.2, brings back biolink:GeneToPhenotypicFeatureAssociations for g2p and gives us correlated_gene vs causal_gene associations with two new categories, biolink:CausalGeneToDiseaseAssociation and biolink:CorrelatedGeneToDiseaseAssociation
