Put merged_graph_stats.yaml into `current/stats` on kg-hub s3 bucket #478

Our dashboard isn't updating on the shared kghub dashboard. In the Jenkinsfile where we copy to the kghub bucket, we need to add a stats subdirectory and move merged_graph_stats.yaml into it.
