Add edge taxon labels #489

Primary goal of this PR os to add subject/object taxon info to edges.

Secondary goal is to add another Jenkins job that will re-create the solr artifact (& likely sqlite too) for the most recent release.

The Jenkins job isn't uploading yet, I'm going to run a test without the upload, to see how it goes
