Aspergillus genes are missing from the ncbi gene ingest output #490

The taxon ID shows up in the gene_info file from NCBI, but those rows aren't making it out the ingest.

Possibly related, Aspergillus taxon ID is not in the taxon lookup map that comes from Phenio.
