1 year ago The reviewer suggested ingestion of original source interactions into the Monarch graph rather than STRING itself. That seems out of scope (perhaps we need to justify that). We could, in principle, propagate the 'primary' sources forward into the Monarch graph, via STRING, plus provide PMID citations where available; however, this enhancement of the Monarch graph will require much more work than the NAR publication deadline will permit, thus needs to be deferred to a future release (if it is of adequate priority)
Maps and returns Evidence and Conclusion codes for evidence type columns with scores > 0. This doesn't completely get to the reviewer's point about ingesting and citing original STRING sources, but it generally highlights the nature of the evidence supporting the STRING statement.
