Import GENO in monarch.owl #1033

Would it be useful to add GENO to the monarch.owl import chain? I attempted to pull a label of a GENO class from our ontology graph and noticed we do import the ontology. cc @mbrush

Yes. I suggest forking https://github.com/monarch-initiative/monarch-ontology/ testing a SG load and then making a PR

AFAIK, geno.owl is currently loaded via the scigraph configuration file, but not in monarch.owl.

It must only be imported into our data scigraph, it looks like this works: http://rosie.crbs.ucsd.edu:9000/scigraph/graph/GENO:0000402.json but not in our ontology graph: http://geoffrey.crbs.ucsd.edu:9000/scigraph/graph/GENO:0000402.json
