Use Apache CTAKES mailing list to request feedback #1137

Apache CTAKES mailing list might have representation from enough of the right people to get a Monarch user feedback group together.

Well, the best fit use case might not Monarch per se, but web phenote / patient archive. That there is already a list of users interested in open source medical text mining tools seems like low hanging fruit. @tudorgroza may have thoughts on this

ctakes users can be all over the map in terms of what they're looking for, but certainly possible.

@jmcmurry - Not sure I understand the goal here. Request feed-back on what? cTakes is, to some extent, a competitor to what we're doing - given that they also do concept recognition ... Not sure how does PA or web phenote fit into the picture...
