new visualization widget for annotation sufficiency #1285

It would be great to have a third party widget for implementation of our annotation sufficiency meter. The visualization should help the user understand the current phenotypic profile distribution, perhaps same as/similar to the phenoprint in patient archive. This can come along with some better documentation for use. And we could write a longer paper describing it.

@tudorgroza @drseb @jmcmurry perhaps can you brainstorm after the release.

There are two almost diametrically opposed scenarios. 1) Differential diagnosis 2) Mechanistic exploration Which of these did you have in mind for the widget?
