Add option to download, export to csv tsv #477

We need to have the ability to download data or ontologies w/ version info for any page or from the new graph viz tool. @kshefchek @nlwashington do you have ideas of how to best implement?

What types of data will we be making available for download? Is the plan to integrate download icons/buttons to various pages?

I would like to be able to download the results from any page - e.g. csv of matched diseases or matched models, etc. later we can think about how to only select the ones you want, and put them in a shopping cart.
