We want to make our Monarch mappings individually browsable in our custom OxO instance.
Add a goal deploy_oxo to monarch_mapping_commons.Makefile which will run an instance of OxO with all mapping sets in /mapping (after mappings is run).
Work with @kevinschaper to deploy this on the same infrastructure as OLS. This requires joining the #devops channel in Monarch and requesting access to the infrastructure. Alternatively, you can work with @udp who already has access.
The goal is reached if the oxo prototype is deployed at https://oxo.monarchinitiative.org and all Monarch-related mappings are successfully loaded and browsable.
(@udp this is not redundant with EBI deployment, we will load various mapping sets which are not meant for public consumption as well as timing the contents of the instance with the Monarch Data releases).
