Experiment with Mondo+OMIM+DO+ORDO #8

  1. Fix the project setup https://github.com/monarch-initiative/monarch-mapping-commons/blob/main/projects/mondo-all.symbiont.yaml and run it.
  2. It should contain the whole ontology and three different runs:
    • run 1: no mappings
    • run 2: all Mondo exact mappings
    • run 3: all disease mapping commons exact mappings

We need to do this in smaller portion due to https://github.com/INCATools/boomer/issues/292

Update working on ORDO/OMIM alignment only for now
