Currently HP:0011013 contains two labels and definitions, presumably from a hard import somewhrere in the pipeline. We should have a qc step to find these (and remove).

In the hp-edit and hp.obo file this term has only one label & definition -- where is this coming from?

This particular case comes from a stale MONDO import. But there are about 1500 other such cases with duplicate labels.
