@cmungall @jmcmurry @mellybelly The phenote.org site is down and has been down for a while. As Tom points out, it is still referenced.

Do we want to: 1) Leave phenote.org dead, close the related tickets, and just explain to anyone who asks that "Phenote has been replaced by WebPhenote". 2) Apply an explanation page and redirect to http://create.monarchinitiative.org, as described here https://github.com/monarch-initiative/monarch-phenote/issues/4 3) Resurrect phenote.org and make it a synonym for the WebPhenote site at http://create.monarchinitiative.org

(1) is the default action. I don't know if we have access to the phenote.org domain or site.

I suggest 3 if possible

This is one of ours. I've started the request to change the A record phenote.org to CNAME to create.monarchinitiative.org. It might be good to note this somewhere in the landing text or other README.

Whoops, I always forget the rules. This will be an A record pointing at 137.53.238.96 for now. If you do not have a general catch there, you might have to set it up to redirect internally.
