• Assertion: Curated assertions that a given that organism Y is a model of disease Z
• Orthology: Human Gene X is causal for Human Disease Y; Model Z in another species has a disruption in a gene that is an ortholog of that human disease gene X
• Pathway: Model Z in another species has a disruption in a gene that is a member of the equivalent pathway implicated in pathology of human disease Y.
• Similarity: Model Z has a phenotype profile which matches (above some threshold) the phenotype profile of Disease Y
• Enrichment: Phenologs
