Clinical Synopsis #426

On this page, there is a link called "Clinical Synopsis" https://monarchinitiative.org/disease/MONDO:0017309 The link leads to an Orphanet page. I do not think it was trademarked, but most people associated Clinical Synopsis with OMIM. The Orphanet page offers complementary information, but not just the Clinical Synopsis. I would suggest just calling the link "Orphanet" in cases like this.

I think we link out to OMIM when it's available and Orphanet if it's not (@iimpulse wrote this and may be able to comment further). Presumably OMIM does not have "neonatal Marfan syndrome" but if it does this would be a Mondo issue.

ah sorry I did not read this closely, so if an OMIM link out doesn't exist we should not call the Orphanet page a "clinical synopsis", this should be an easy fix
