Does Mondo standardize (standardise) on American English or not #162

Great, I like this subject @maglott

My suggestion is:

Main labels in American English, always Introduce british synonyms. I have done that for HPO, which now, automatically, adds british spelling to everything.

There are now two pieces to this:

  1. Standardise all written information in Mondo to American English, including labels, definitions and synonyms: https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/pull/6424
  2. Adding English language synonyms to Mondo throughout : https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/pull/6423
