new import: PW - link diseases to their "pathways"

2. merge in KEGG IDs as xrefs
3. add xrefs to Reactome
4. anything else, wikipathways?
5. add linkages e.g. X disease realizes some X pathway

• [ ] need to map PW ontology to Mondo terms - this will give us seed terms and these seed terms will be used in the import (@matentzn) Run RDF match
• [ ] need to import of new PW (pathway) ontology (in OBO)

• [ ] add one term from pw
• [ ] run the make file and see if it imports the term

add relations such as

• Alzheimer Disease and 'caused by defects in' some AD pathway (from KEGG) or
• disease and 'has related pathway' some 'disease pathway'

will probably need a new relationship for 'has related pathway' (or something similar)
