Overview

Duplicate lines in lexmatch files were identified in this PR.

Questions

[ ] 1. Does this only appear in the 'split-mappings/' folder?
- If so, curation doesn't even look in this folder so it's not such a problem. More of a problem if these appear in _lex or _lex_exact files

Additional details

Trish has done an initial investigation.

It is expected that there are duplicated lines, because, for the same Mondo-resource matches, some lexmatch could be label to synonym, other synonym to synonym, etc.

True, but these are even more duplicative than that. The rows Trish highlighted are exactly the same; it isn't just that 1 row is like a label match and the other is a synonym.
