Ensure `robot remove --trim` usage is correct for all sources #647

Overview

Recently we had to tweak the --trim arg on robot remove for ICD11. This was discussed at tech meeting, and it was determined that at some point in the future we should double check other sources.

use --trim true for icd11.foundation. Note, the default is true, so just remove --trim false from the COMPONENT goal. Will need to review all of these to make a decision about the other components at a later date.
