Mobius misspelled #168

Möbius, which is also spelled Moebius should not be Mobius. http://monarchinitiative.org/disease/OMIM_157900 I believe it is wrong in a number of places including NCI, DO, and MESH.

fixed the typo in the synonym (forgot to mention this ticket in the commit message) in PR

@cmungall should I change the label to Möbius syndrome and delete the synonym for Möbius syndrome (from NCIT and orphanet - there are two synonyms, one is Möbius Syndrome and the other is Möbius syndrome)?
