(Pattern based rules, other rules, like OMIM over Orphanet, otherwise uncategorised mendelian disease, we could document the naming rule as a description rather than formal pattern.)

We need to prioritize the OMIM slurp.

Similar to the clingen_preferred label, we need to add an OMIM preferred tag to the synonyms that match the OMIM primary label.

Then we can update the labels to use the OMIM preferred labels.

Select all the exact synonyms that are OMIM preferred and then replace the labels if they don't match.
