pleuropneumonia is aso bunded. Many cases of pneumomia have pleural involvement, I do not think this makes it a separate disease.
recurrent pneumomia is not a well defined disease, it is a sequance of acute diseases or can be regarded as a phenotypic feature that may indicate immunodeficiency
