[Revise subclass] Parkinson disease #5685

Mondo term (ID and Label) Parkinson disease -- should not be inborn errors of metabolism -- should not be inherited neurodegeneration (not all cases are inherited) -- I am not sure if all cases are synucleinopathy

@ahamosh thoughts as to how to group inherited vs other Parkinson?

I removed synucleinopathy as a superclass and the other inferred superclasses went away.

I think the action item on this ticket is to review the classification of Parkinson disease. The issues above have been addressed.
